MOVING TO MALTA

LIVING IN MALTA

IMPORTING BEER

This page shares with you our favorite places to drink in Malta

Ted like beers that have plenty of taste like traditional British Ales, Belgian Ales, Wheat Beers,or even Guinness (or if none of these are available a high quality lager or a glass of red wine). Jan normally prefers a decent dry white wine (Delicata Victoria Heights is the benchmark),or occasionally a decent beer

The choice of good non lager beer in Malta is limited. Each of the bars on the list has at least one of, a bottled Belgian ale,a bottled or keg ale with some taste, a stout, a wheat beer or failing that a lager with some taste. Location and outside tables are also an important consideration. The Sliema entries are listed starting with the most southerly and working east along the Strand, then North along Tower Rd
