This page shares with you our favorite places to drink in Malta
Ted likes beers that have plenty of taste like traditional British Ales, Belgian Ales, Wheat Beers,or even Guinness (or if none of these are available a high quality lager (a rare find) or a glass of red wine). Jan normally prefers a decent dry white wine (Delicata Victoria Heights is the benchmark),or occasionally a decent beer
The choice of good non lager beer in Malta is limited. Each of the bars on the list has at least one of, a bottled Belgian ale, a stout, or a wheat beer. Location and outside tables are also an important consideration. The Sliema entries are listed starting with the most southerly and working east along the Strand, then North along Tower Rd
